WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We are based in Philippines (PHT). We work with clients nationwide, but knowing where everyone is based and their time zones is key to any working relationship!
WHAT SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM DO YOU SPECIALIZE IN?
We specialize in Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest!
Please note: TikTok requires lots of video content that you must be willing to provide (unless content creation is added to your service). Because of this, we require approval for TikTok services.
WHAT TYPE OF CLIENTS DO YOU USUALLY WORK WITH?
Our main clients are female-led business owners who provide a service to their audience. However, we also work with product companies as well and don’t limit our clientele to a specific industry!
We have worked with photographers, travel agency, web designers, nutritionist, head spa business and much more!
HOW LONG DO WE WORK TOGETHER?
While we would LOVE to work with you forever (we love our clients!), our goal is to educate you through the entire process, so that one day, you will be able to do it on your own. We require an initial 3-month Agreement to start to give us time to see how we work together and to give your social media time to show results, as it typically takes 3-6 months (sometimes even longer) to see results. Most of our clients renew their agreements for an additional 6+ months!
WHAT IF I CAN’T COMMIT TO A 3-MONTH AGREEMENT?
While we understand that a 3-month agreement might sound scary at first, it is required and non-negotiable in order to work with us. We believe in long-term partnerships, as most of our clients end up renewing their Agreements for 6+ months! If you are not ready to make this commitment just yet, you can opt for a Social Media Strategy service or follow us on our socials in the meantime!
HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE?
Urgent communication is done through Watsapp and Notion, where you get your own branded space to truly make your experience with us feel like your home. For more formal communication, we utilize email.
HOW FAR OUT IN ADVANCE DO YOU PLAN OUT CONTENT?
We create the first two weeks of content ideas on the first Monday of the month prior to posting for your approval. We then create the next two weeks of content ideas halfway through the month prior. We then start creating the creative briefs and actual content throughout the whole month prior to the actual posting month. We find that this is the perfect amount of time to not overwhelm you with so much content, and to allow for any last minute content you need up.

WHAT IS THE INVESTMENT?
We believe one size does not fit all. Pricing Packages are determined based on your goals with social media. Once we determine your goals in an application call, we then customize a package tailored to your business’ needs!
Social Media Management customized packages start at $500/month.
Pinterest Management packages start at $500/month.

DO YOU HAVE ANY PAYMENT PLANS?
Of course! We provide you with the following flexible payment options:
─ Weekly Payments (Due each week of the month)
─ Bi-Weekly Payments (Due on the 15th and 30th of each month)
─ Monthly Payments (Due on the 15th of each month)
HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS?
Payments can be made directly on your invoice thru Paypal or Wise, whichever your preference.
Please note that we require a 2.5% fee with every transaction.
